Job Description
Employer: NATIONMIND LLC Job Summary Responsible for receiving, storing, moving, picking, and shipping materials in a warehouse and distribution environment. Supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments Unload trucks and verify packing slips Put away inventory into designated warehouse locations Pick and stage customer orders Package and prepare outbound shipments Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Preferred Experience 1+ years of warehouse experience Shipping and receiving experience Material handling experience RF scanner experience Inventory control or cycle counting experience Experience with UPS, FedEx, or freight shipments Forklift or reach truck experience preferred Nice to Have SAP, Oracle, or WMS experience Industrial distribution or manufacturing warehouse experience OSHA forklift certification Basic Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Must be authorized to work in the United States Strong attendance and punctuality record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties Ability to work overtime as needed Pre-Employment Requirements Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Requirements
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. At least one year of warehouse experience and authorization to work in the United States are required.
