Job Description
Employer: Franklin Precision Industry Inc Essential Functions * Sort Kanbans by location for efficient pulling of components * Loading/unloading components racks following FIFO * Inspect component packaging for damage * Pull components and load AGV per kanban request * Operate pack mules * Log incoming and outgoing AGV times * Sort and band supplier empty totes * Change charcoal bins * Assist in Physical Inventory * Report out of components situation immediately * Daily 5S responsibilities * Complete Daily Forklift check sheet and report any issues Job Dimensions (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities or KSAs) * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills * It will also be expected that this activity will require Kaizen activity to improve efficiency * Ability to quickly recognize problems * Work in a team environment * Must be able to read, write and understand English MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Requirements * High school diploma required
