Employer: ZXP Technologies MATERIAL HANDLER Location: Highlands, TX 77562 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the facility to ensure smooth operations and timely production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying accuracy and condition of materials. * Store materials in designated locations and maintain organized inventory. * Pick and prepare materials for blending department according to work orders. * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse and storage areas. * Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely material flow. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred. * Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. * Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position involves working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
