WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are currently seeking a Material Handler to work at our Old Hickory, Tennessee location. Schedule: * Full-time, 1st shift * Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with flexibility to stay until work is completed. * Additional hours may be required WHAT YOU’LL DO * Transfer products into and out of pails, drums, and totes using transfer pumps and hoses * Read paperwork with chemical amounts and blending instructions * Pull product samples and submit them to the Lab for quality control * Label containers and secure closures * Inspect, label, store, and prepare products for shipment * Stage, load, and unload pails, drums, and totes * Operate a forklift * Wear required PPE for safety * Keep your work area safe, clean, and orderly * Lift and/or move 55 lbs * Cross-train in areas such as shipping/receiving, bulk handling, inventory control, chemical packaging, fiberglass handling, tote cleaning, preventive maintenance, and yard truck spotting CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong safety mindset * Forklift certification (training is provided) * Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with co-workers. Requirements
