Job Description
Employer: Cheese Merchants Of America The Material Handler will help maintain warehouse stock and assist in distribution of materials in a production facility. Our Material Handler will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. Requirements: * Must have Material handling equipment experience in particular Standup-reach forklifts. * Must have experience working in a WMS/ERP facility (barcoded warehouse). * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. * Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations * Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming deliver matches the company purchase order * Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing department to determine when product is missing in a delivery * All other duties assigned Hours & Classification: Material Handler’s will work Monday through Thursday from 5AM to 4PM. Friday hours will vary based on production schedules.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience with standup-reach forklifts and working within a barcoded WMS/ERP warehouse environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
