Job Description
Employer: VFP INC Job Details: Job Location: Duffield - Duffield, VA, Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00Hourly, Job Summary Responsible for assuring that production personnel have the proper material to prevent production downtime. Unload trucks, stock and issue material in a timely manner. Assist in pulling kits for production. Essential Job Functions Accurately record stockroom gate issues to ensure correct inventory levels Use inventory computer system to look up part information Unload trucks and stock material in designated areas in a timely manner Maintain stockroom security Pull material kits Transport material from warehouse to production areas as needed Perform quarterly / yearly inventory Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred. 6 months experience preferred Forklift experience, (Driver license Required) and Microsoft Office Knowledge preferred Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints. Knowledge of basic math skills. Ability to solve problems in a variety of situations. Excellent communication skills.
Requirements
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and forklift experience are preferred, along with basic math and computer skills.
