Summary Responsible for locating, inspecting, and loading products for shipment, ensuring accuracy of shipping documentation and safe, timely loading onto the correct trucks. Shift: Monday - Tuesday, 3pm - 10pm Wednesday - 3pm - 12am Thursday - 3pm-10pm Friday - 3pm-1am Occasionally a Saturday shift or overtime may be assigned Essential Duties & Responsibilities Use work orders to locate shipments throughout warehouse packaging departments Inspect products for visual defects Safely load materials onto trucks with a partner using manual handling, carts, or loader dollies Verify correct truck loading and securement using work orders and trip sheets Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Follow all safety policies and procedures Requirements Ability to work flexible shifts based on production and shipping needs Strong attention to detail to match work orders with products Ability to work effectively as part of a team Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching Lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with a partner Work in non–climate-controlled environments, including inside truck trailers Close visual acuity What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
