Material Handler 2 Position Overview: This role will be responsible for product shipments, receiving deliveries, distributing deliveries, stock room management, and occasional facilities support. Key Responsibilities: Sorting incoming mail by department, location, and category Assist with meeting setup and general facilities needs Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units Controls/orders shipping material such as boxes, labels, OSD bags etc. Utilizes SAP for inventory control, shipments to customers and receiving Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Key Competencies & Skills required: Organization, Scheduling, Analysing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Lifting, Data Entry Skills Strong appetite to develop logistical & associated ERP/WH management system skills Strong analytical skills Effective communication skills Ability to work within a team environment Ability to work on own initiative Knowledge of ERP/WH system (inputs, logic, and outputs) Required Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2yrs of logistics equivalent experience (and/or completed 3rd level studies in applicable areas). Experience working with ERP and/or WH systems required Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics and/or warehouse activities, working with ERP and/or WH systems required. Salary Range The Salary Range for this position is $18.42 – $25.72. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities. Requirements
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in logistics or warehouse activities, including proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems. Due to ITAR regulations, applicants are required to be a US Person.
