Job Description
Employer: TRG The Managed Logistics Associate will enable TRG to control costs, drive service excellence, and mitigate risk to gain increased value from our vendors throughout the repair lifecycle. Essential Functions * Acts as a liaison between TRG sales/operations teams and external service vendors. * Oversees services on devices that do not get repaired, configured, or otherwise serviced internally. * Responsible for prioritizing outsourced repairs based on several factors. * Cross references repairs with manufacturer warranty information. * Works with both shipping and receiving for outsourced/managed logistics devices. * Monitors incoming/outgoing workflows and communicates labor/equipment needs as necessary. * Maintain an organized and cleanly work environment. * Timely communication with vendors and colleagues. * Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or related setting preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills. * Attention to detail is a must. * Politeness, confidence, tact, patience, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems. * Ability to learn basic troubleshooting techniques for handheld devices and some mechanical problem-solving skills. * Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browser. Ability to learn new software highly preferred. * Ability to take and pass a background check. Performance Requirements * Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management. * Must be able to operate a computer and other position related technologies. * Must be able to work flexible hours as needed. * Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TRG employees, customers, and other stakeholders. * Must adhere to all TRG Values at all times. Physical Requirements * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. * Must be able to access work locations. * Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, bend, and stay upright to perform work. * Must be able to visually read written and digital information. * Must be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structures. * Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
Requirements
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and previous experience in a warehouse or inventory setting. Strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and walking are required.
