We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our Madison, AL team as a Logistics, Vending & Delivery Associate. This position involves a combination of warehouse operations, inventory management, industrial vending support, and customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries. Industrial Vending & Inventory Support Stock, replenish, and maintain industrial vending machines at customer locations. Monitor vending inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked. Assist with inventory tracking, product organization, and reporting. Troubleshoot basic vending machine issues and coordinate service when needed. Build positive relationships with customers while providing reliable vending and inventory support. Delivery & Customer Service Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products and supplies to customers. Load and unload products while verifying order accuracy. Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Provide excellent customer service and represent Max Tool professionally. Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory and vending software. Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, delivery, or inventory management preferred but not required. Forklift Certified Strong communication and customer service skills. Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred, along with forklift certification and basic computer proficiency.
