Employer: PEOPLE TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES LLC Job Details: Job Location: (P) Ft. Hood, Texas - Fort Hood, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Title: IT Logistics / Property Accountability Specialist Location: Fort Hood, TX; White Sands Missile Range, NM Clearance required: Secret (Tier 3 / T3R investigation); interim Secret required before starting work. Scope of Work: Provides IT logistics and Government Furnished Property accountability, including central receiving, warehouse operations, supply room issue and inventory, and turn-ins, maintaining 100% property accountability. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Maintain hand receipt and property accountability records in the Government-provided property accountability system Operate the Central Receiving Point, verifying, inspecting, and processing receipts within required timelines and reporting discrepancies Perform warehousing, storage, issue, delivery, shipment, and turn-in of IT equipment and materiel Conduct required and annual inventories, sensitive item inventories, causative research and adjustments Remove and log hard drives and batteries and dispose of them per Army security regulations and local guidance Operate material handling equipment with proper licensing and safety training Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) U.S. citizenship Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R) Valid state driver's license; licensed and safety-trained to operate material handling equipment Ability to operate GCSS-Army and Government property accountability systems
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, proficient English, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, and an active Secret clearance are required. Candidates must also have a valid state driver's license, appropriate material-handling equipment licensing and safety training, and the ability to use GCSS-Army and Government property accountability systems.
