Could you be the full-time Depot Logistics Operator in New Castle, Delaware we’re looking for?     Your future role Hourly pay rate: $23.50   Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse and logistics expertise in a dynamic rail industry environment. You’ll work alongside passionate, collaborative, and dedicated teammates who help keep critical transportation systems moving.  You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials that support our operations and customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation, and Operations teams, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting on-time deliveries. You’ll specifically take care of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping activities, while also supporting cycle counts, customer requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.  Processing inbound receipts, goods movements, and outbound shipments accurately and within established timelines  Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, location management, and physical inventory participation  Supporting domestic and international shipping activities, including required documentation  Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment  Delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers through responsive and accurate material support  All about you  We value passion and attitude over experience. Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, and the ability to obtain forklift certification are required.
