Job Scope The DSD Logistics Coordinator is an administrative role that supports daily functions in a DSD Branch. The DSD Logistics Coordinator will support branch management with the operations regarding Safety, Service, Savings, and People. Responsible for, including but not limited to time and attendance, accounts payable, leave of absence, support vendor management, 3rd party master shopper, driver qualifications file management etc. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage daily administrative duties, including but not limited to supporting branch management in areas such as order processing, invoicing and billing, safety & compliance, etc. 2. Drive KPIs under the main categories of (1) Safety, (2) Service, (3) Savings, and (4) People. a. Safety: Aids in maintaining safety compliance through OSHA postings, driver qualifications file management, etc. b. Service: Supports branch operations with customer invoices, vendor management, driver qualifications, etc. i. Also supporting inventory management by assisting with reviewing stock inaccuracies, processing damage orders, cycle counting, and providing general support to the DSD Inventory Specialist c. Savings: Support the branch management with duties related to budgeting, expense reimbursements, purchasing processes, and invoicing. d. People: Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate employee records, vendor accounts, and branch records, including uploading records for retention. i. Respond appropriately to all operational emails and other streams of communication in a timely manner HSE Essentials/Safety (Personal Process & Vehicle) Intermediate Warehouse & Transportation Operations Foundational Order to Bill Intermediate Business Partnering Intermediate Labor & Employee Relations Foundational Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Intermediate Invoicing, Expense processing, and competencies Intermediate LOA and benefits knowledge Advanced What you will Bring Minimum Education / Experience Required Minimum High school diploma/GED required Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience Relationships (Internal / External) Internal, including but not limited to: Local/National Branch Teams External Branch Teams People Team Benefits Team Retail Sales Teams External, including but not limited to: Vendors Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $30,500 - $40,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of logistics and administrative processes are required.
