Job Description
Employer: Doug Russell Inc Since 1956 Doug Russell Marine has been a staple in the marine and boating industry. We're located on Route 20 in Worcester and looking to add a motivated employee to our busy shipping department. Applicants would be responsible for inventory control, stock put-away, order picking/packing, and receiving/shipping using small parcel (UPS/US Postal) shipping software. The ideal applicants would have: - good critical thinking skills - a positive attitude - ability to work as a team member - good time management - ability to lift 50lbs - reliable transportation - excellent attendance - a solid work history - a strong work ethic - strong attention to detail - good written/verbal communication skills - proficient typing skills, math skills, general knowledge of computer use - willingness to go above and beyond daily requirements when situations arise, and an understanding of different shipping methods offered by UPS and the United Postal Service. Requirements
