General Warehouse Associate Location: Augusta, GA Facility: Distribution and Logistics Warehouse Are you a hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency? RBW Logistics is looking for a purpose-driven General Warehouse Associate to support our mission: To create opportunities for others to shine and grow. What You’ll Do As a General Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate shipments. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams to maintain safety, productivity, and service excellence. Your Impact Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms using material handling equipment. Repack and weigh orders as needed and report quality variances. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Conduct physical inventories as required. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in maintaining warehouse security. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards and promote a culture of safety. Perform other duties as assigned by management. What You’ll Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly. Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch frequently. Use proper technique to lift up to 35 pounds. Requirements
