Job Description
Employer: AUTOMOTIVE PARTS HEADQUARTERS The Warehouse Associate (Order Picker) is a vital part of APH Distribution operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. This role supports our commitment to delivering the right parts at the right time while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This is a full-time position ideal for dependable team players who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy and service. First Shift Hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accurately pick and complete customer orders within assigned warehouse zones * Prioritize and pull expedited orders to meet established shipping timelines * Ensure all products picked are in appropriate condition for shipment * Adhere to safety standards, including ensuring tote weights do not exceed 50 lbs * Monitor product locations and report discrepancies or stocking issues to a Supervisor * Assist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping * Perform other distribution and warehouse duties as needed to support operational efficiency QUALIFICATIONS: * Warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates * Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment SCHEDULE & EMPLOYMENT STATUS: * Full-time position * Regular daytime hours with potential overtime based on business needs FULL-TIME BENEFITS: * Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage * Basic Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance * Voluntary Life and Short-Term Disability options * 401(k) with Company Match * Profit Sharing * Paid Time Off and Sick Leave * Employee Discount Program * Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
