Job Description
Employer: Pear Staffing Description Job Description: Restock products based on daily needs Bulk-pick products from racking based on daily picking tickets Move pallets from receiving floor to assigned locations on the racks or to temporary locations Consolidate pallets to organize warehouse space and increase/improve space utilization Receive and distribute products or packages throughout facility Assist with loading shipments for outbound trucks Verify inventory, cycle count products to increase inventory accuracy Requirements Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience as a Reach truck operator (Crown) Must have stand-up reach truck certification previously. Proven ability to safely operate lift truck High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others and promote a safe work environment. Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records. Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner. Good communication skills. Team oriented thinking. Prompt and reliable attendance Basic computer skills are a plus
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience operating a Crown reach truck. A valid stand-up reach truck certification is required, along with a strong commitment to safety and basic computer proficiency.
