Job Description
Employer: Kari Out Requirements: · Must have experience using forklift equipment. · Previous warehouse experience required. · Ability to stand/walk for an 8 -12-hour shift. · Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to work independently. · Basic math skills. Job Duties: · Picking sorting and making customer orders ready for shipment to customer locations. · Maintaining accurate case counts at all times. · Load/unload product from carriers. · Loading finished packages onto pallets/skids utilizing correct stack pattern. · Moving pallets with upright and counterbalance forklifts. · Shrink wrapping pallets utilizing shrink wrap machine and/or manual wrap. · Inspecting pallets insuring they are up to spec and appropriate for shipments. · Cleaning work areas and/or maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment. · Keeping work areas organized. · Keeping fork trucks operating by following operating instructions, performing limited preventive maintenance, advising management when there is a problem that requires vendor repair and/or safety lockout. · Manual movement of materials as required. · Counting for inventory as required. · Other duties as required should there be a business need which may fall under the purview of other logistics personnel job duty descriptions. Requirements
Candidates must have previous warehouse experience and proficiency in operating forklift equipment. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
