Employer: TKO StaffPros LLC Forklift Operator Pay: From $14 per hour Job Type: Full‑Time Work Location: In person Overview We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This role is essential to ensuring smooth loading, unloading, and movement of goods throughout the facility. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload shipments with precision while following all safety protocols Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Participate in order picking processes to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safe operation and OSHA compliance Work with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including heavy equipment operation (forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes) Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required Experience with order picking processes, including picker operations Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures (preferred) Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor (a plus) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Requirements
