Job Summary The Online Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures orders are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with safety and company procedures in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Pick customer orders accurately using order lists * Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping or handling * Label packages correctly and prepare orders for shipment * Verify order accuracy, product quality, and quantities before shipment * Stage completed orders for carrier pickup * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Follow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company policies * Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time expectations * Communicate order issues, shortages, or damages to supervisors * Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and returns as needed Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * 2-4 years of previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * 3-5 Years of sit-down forklift experience Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs. for extended periods * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work Environment * Warehouse * Exposure to varying temperatures Schedule * Full-time M-F 7am-3:30pm * Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required based on business needs EEO Statement: Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with 2–4 years of warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience and 3–5 years of sit-down forklift experience. Candidates should follow written and verbal instructions, work independently and with a team, and be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods.
