We manufacture brick and distribute our own brick as well as brick and associated products manufactured by others. We operate in 13 states with a philosophy that we are much more than a brick manufacturer and distributor. Summary We are currently seeking a “best in class” Forklift Operator to load and unload products to/from delivery. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication and customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned). This is a safety sensitive position* · Operate forklift to move material and product while following all company Safety & Security policies and procedures · Perform cycle counts · Provide customer assistance · Maintain the brick yard and warehouse · Perform minor maintenance and repairs Skills and Experience Required for Success · 3+ months of related experience · Certification in forklift operation · Must be able to quickly identify materials · Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly · Must be able to pass Hazmat exam Competencies Required for Success · Integrity · Self-Motivated · Teamwork · Demonstrated prioritization / time management skills Education · High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements
