Job Description
Employer: Shaw Industries Job Title Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift Position Overview To transport flooring material from trailers to storage location, and from storage location to the customer or Shaw trucks for shipping. This position is located and works out of Hanover, MD. $21.71 Per Hour Mon-Fri: 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Consistent year around work Professionally maintained, reliable, and safe equipment Medical and dental benefits (after 30 days of employment) Vision benefits 401(k) Paid vacation Paid sick leave Comparable weekly wages Responsibilities: Unload inbound trailers and place goods into appropriate storage bins / floor locations. Accurate documentation for these goods is required. Upon completion of the trailer, turn paperwork in to designated personnel. Locate appropriate flooring material that needs to ship. Check style, size, and roll number against the shipping manifest. Requirements
Candidates must be able to operate a forklift and perform manual material handling tasks. Accurate documentation and verification of inventory against shipping manifests are required.
