Employer: SPUDNIK EQUIPMENT COMPANY LLC Job Details: Job Location: Blackfoot ID - Blackfoot , ID, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Distribution Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations to ensure efficient and accurate movement of goods through the warehouse. This role involves preparing shipments, loading trucks, maintaining organized staging areas, and operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively. The Distribution Warehouse Associate works closely with team members to meet shipping schedules, maintain high quality and safety standards, and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to success in this position. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Keep the warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned. Maintain cleanliness and organization in shipping areas and staging zones. Line up shipments for scheduled pickups, verifying order accuracy and completeness. Prepare orders for shipment, including wrapping crates, securing LTL pallets, and labeling packages clearly. Verify all required shipping documents are accurate and included with each outgoing shipment. Properly stage and organize packages for pickup to ensure on-time loading and delivery. Load trucks safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Cross-train with other functional areas in the department to support operational flexibility and team coverage. Perform additional duties as assigned to support learning and development objectives. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or shipping environment preferred. Ability to work effectively with ERP and warehouse management systems. Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred or ability to obtain). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in all aspects of warehouse operations. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures. Level 1 (Entry-Level/Foundational): Capable and competent in performing tasks, contributing to the team, and focusing on learning and applying foundational skills. Requirements
