What you will do Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using RF scanners or pick tickets Receive, unload, and check incoming freight against paperwork Label, stage, and load outbound shipments Stock, rotate, and organize inventory; help with cycle counts Operate pallet jacks and, if certified, forklifts or reach trucks Meet productivity and accuracy goals Follow all safety rules and keep work areas clean Requirements What you need 6+ months of warehouse, distribution, or production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand, walk, bend, and reach for a full shift Comfort with RF scanners and basic math Forklift certification a plus Reliable transportation Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen Why work with SerKy Weekly pay Steady hours and real temp-to-hire paths A real person checks in with you after placement SerKy Consulting, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
