This position will be responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse, including picking, staging, loading, repackaging, putting away, or transporting all orders according to company standards. Duties and Responsibilities: * Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards. * Prepare items and assemble packages for shipping. * Load items as needed to move throughout a distribution center. * Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines. * Determine and build packaging based on product size. * Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks. * Move and lift up to 50 pounds of product as needed. * Meet established productivity and quality standards. * Follow safety regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Ability to read and understand pick slips, and work with minimal guidance. * Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management software. * Follow safe work practices and procedures. * Excellent teamwork skills. * Physical stamina and strength. * Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. * Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion. * Ability to stand for long periods of time. * Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position. * Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds throughout the shift. * Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, i.e., warehouse. Requirements
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Proficiency in reading pick slips and basic computer skills are required for this role.
