Employer: Arhaus DISTRIBUTION CENTER JOB FAIR WHEN: Saturday September 26th, 2026 TIME: 8:00am – 12:00pm LOCATION: 51 E Hines Hill Road, Boston Heights, OH 44236 We are scheduling applicants for this distribution job fair to expedite the interviewing and hiring process! OPEN DISTRIBUTION CENTER ROLES Equipment Operator: Responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise General Warehouse Associate: Responsible for all aspects of receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise in support of the business. AVAILABLE WORK SCHEDULES Boston Heights: 4 DAYS (10-Hours) Monday – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm 4 NIGHTS (10-Hours) Monday – Thursday 5:30pm – 4am 3 DAYS (12-Hours) Friday – Sunday 6am – 6:30pm Walton Hills: 5 DAYS (8-Hours) Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm 5 NIGHTS (8-Hours) Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES OF THE POSITION: Performing tasks in a standing position for extended periods of time Repetitive movements No physical limitations that limit the ability to carry and move furniture 150lbs + Adapts to change quickly and easily, and performs effectively during times of change, demonstrates the ability to multi-task and manages competing priorities effectively Builds respectful and effective working relationships, collaborates with other to achieve common goals. Conveys information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Demonstrates initiative by acting as a self-starter, takes on increased responsibility to enhance one’s contribution Displays a high degree of integrity, honesty and takes responsibility for one’s own actions, shows consistency between words and actions EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED 1 – 2 years’ experience in a distribution center and/or warehouse setting preferred Valid driver’s license preferred The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft. (equipment operators) Ability to lift/push/pull 150lbs+ Working knowledge of computer programs Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, and shipping/receiving process and procedures EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Competitive Starting Wages | Shift Premiums - $2.00/hr. Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 150 lbs. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is preferred, along with basic computer skills.
