Employer: The Recreational Group Job Details: Job Location: Viridian Fibers Plant 2 - Dalton, GA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00Hourly, Job Shift: Swing, Job Category: Manufacturing, Job Summary: The material handler will be in charge of moving the necessary materials to the machines to keep all the extrusion machines running, also be in charge of pulling the production pallets to pack them and put them in the warehouse Duties/Responsibilities: Before starting to operate the Hyster you must do the inspection control required by the company. Supply the lines of the required materials according to the setup sheet. Weigh up production pallets and pack them. Weigh up waste pallets and pack them also weigh up waste box. Print production and waste pallet tickets also print ticket for the waste box. Give support to operators in case it is necessary. Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed. Qualifications: Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of being on your feet working. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Work with high heat temperatures.
