Employer: Okie Staffing Pay: $16.00 per hour Location: Edmond, OK Schedule: M-F: 7 AM - 4 PM with overtime as needed, some Saturdays required Job Description Are you hardworking, dependable, and ready to grow with a company? We are looking for a motivated Building Material Delivery Driver and Loader who wants to be part of our client's team, learn new skills, and work their way up to higher-paying opportunities! This position is ideal for someone with a background in farm work, ranch work, fencing, construction, or other hands-on labor. The right candidate will have common sense, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities. Resposibilities Assist in loading and unloading of heavy equipment and materials Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as needed Help with inventory management and order picking Participate in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation Build and assemble products as required for customer orders Drive and deliver materials in a safe professional manner Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to read and use a tape measure Valid regular driver's license (CDL not required) Must have a clean driving record (MVR) Oklahoma applicants must have no more than one ticket and no accidents Must have 1 year + of non-CDL driving experience Must have the ability to preform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) safely Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts Must have previous warehouse or shop experience Must be available to work some Saturdays and overtime as needed Farm, ranch, fencing, or construction experience is a plus Must be punctual and show up for scheduled interviews This is a temp-to-hire position with benefits available upon full-time hire.
Requirements
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Previous warehouse or shop experience and the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs are required.
