Employer: Surge Staffing Bilingual Forklift / Reach Truck Operator Pay: $17.00 per hour Location: Virginia Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Bilingual Forklift / Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations at a facility in Virginia. This position involves operating material handling equipment, moving inventory, and helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous forklift or reach truck experience, communicates effectively in both Spanish and English, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Move products and inventory to designated storage locations. Assist with receiving, storing, staging, and preparing products for shipment. Follow warehouse procedures for inventory handling and product placement. Inspect equipment before use and report any damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns. Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow instructions from warehouse leadership. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in a bilingual work environment. Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous forklift or reach truck operating experience preferred. Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English. Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or material handling environment preferred. Knowledge of safe material handling practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled hours. Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed. IND2
