We are seeking for a reliable customer service personnel to join our team. Job Summary:** The Associate, Warehouse (Picker) is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment within our warehouse facility. This role involves using various equipment and following established procedures to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. Job Responsibilities: * Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using a handheld scanner. * Verify product quantity, quality, and expiration dates during the picking process. * Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided). * Stage completed orders in designated areas for packing and shipping. * Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. * Communicate any discrepancies or issues to warehouse leadership. Job Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferred. * Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels. * Basic understanding of inventory control principles. * Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. * Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Reliable and punctual. Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with the ability to read order sheets and operate warehouse equipment.
