Job Description
Employer: WeatherTech Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd shift WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory. This is a second shift position and is a great opportunity to make a daily impact by directly overseeing warehouse associates while having the opportunity to create training and employee engagement programs that help in the growth of our employees. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will * Ensure retail and freight orders are shipped out promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction * Troubleshoot orders with issues * Train department leads to use new processes * Work with personnel to find ways to increase productivity while ensuring safety is a top concern * Enforce company guidelines and safety requirements * Oversee employees by enforcing all company guidelines, and safety requirements * Prioritize duties based on daily workload * Effectively communicate any concerns or issues that arise during the shift with any and all relevant parties i.e. supervisors, management, HR, etc. * Communicate through email assisting CSRs with questions or concerns pertaining to customer orders * Understand how to troubleshoot the conveyer system * Accept any special tasks or duties that management requests * Create a positive work environment for everyone * Oversee special projects as needed * Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols * Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties * Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications * Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills * Ability to communicate work instructions and feedback in a simple and respectful manner * Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude * A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries * Ability to detect shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss * Dependable, with an excellent attendance record * Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required * Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills * Ability to communicate work instructions and feedback in a simple and respectful manner * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse software * Authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace. Requirements
