This position creates unique opportunity for the right individual. We are seeking a talented person who will fill the role of Shipping & Receiving Clerk. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Receives incoming shipments, visually inspects deliveries for damage and notifies management of discrepancies.
  2. Verifies quantities of incoming shipments by comparing merchandise to Purchase Orders and reports any discrepancies.
  3. Weighing items, stocking  bins and shelves with merchandise
  4. Makes necessary computer entries for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  5. Filling customer orders with appropriate merchandise from stock in accordance with picking ticket.
  6. Packing and labeling customer orders
  7. Unpacks and books returns and undeliverables
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned including local driving
  9. Maintains a neat and orderly work area at all times.


  1. Must possess basic reading, writing and comprehension skills
  2. Must speak English
  3. Must have excellent customer service skills
  4. Must be detail oriented
  5. Must possess basic math skills
  6. Knowledge of Salesforce, order processing and inventory systems preferred but not required
  7. Ability to lift 50 lbs
  8. Must be able to comply with the following performance metrics:
    1. Must pack at least 50 boxes per hour(packing rate)
    2. Picking sessions should take 30 SKU’s per half hour (picking rate)
    3. Weighing will be 30 SKU’s per 15 minutes (weighing rate)
    4. 100% accuracy when entering item weight (weight accuracy rate)
    5. 98% accuracy in filling (filling accuracy rate)
    6. 98% accuracy in PO Receiving (receiving accuracy rate)
    7. Capability to create cases for undeliverable package notifications
    8. Score 50% or better results in product recognition test (product recognition rate)


  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
  2.  1-2 years prior work related experience required.
Salary Range: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
